Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were a little dusty but overall very clean and smelt nice, compact but had everything we needed, and within a 10-minute walk from Canary Wharf station with various nice bars and restaurants straight across the road. The service was very polite and welcoming, the location was fantastic in the heart of Canary Wharf with great dining options nearby, and the facilities were impressive. It was a great value for money with some neat touches throughout.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was upgraded from a small windowless one to a big room with a window, which was really nice. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, with special thanks to Sarah and Canan. The location was great, especially for my event at the O2, although the room being near the front road and entrance door was a bit noisy at times. The dining options were limited to cured meats, but there were restaurants and bars nearby. The facilities were basic but satisfactory for a short stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while small and not soundproof, had comfortable beds. The service was exceptional with a free room upgrade and friendly staff. The location was convenient but hindered by noise from the front road. The dining options were satisfactory, but lacking in some aspects.
The hotel is ideally situated for the Canary Wharf financial district, close to tube and DLR stations, offering spotlessly clean and quiet rooms. The staff is extremely helpful, polite, and friendly, making the stay enjoyable.
The hotel offers a cozy and comfortable stay with small but inviting rooms and exceptional service. The strategic location near Canary Wharf and convenient amenities make it a great value choice. However, some noise disturbances and slightly uncomfortable beds were minor downsides during my stay.
The hotel is compact but very clean and has all you need for a short stay, especially a very comfy bed and a great shower. It's great for 1 person but would be tight for two people; however, it's great value for money and has a great location. Even though in Canary Wharf, it's actually very quiet.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms, although compact, were equipped with everything I needed, including a lovely view of the skyscrapers in Canary Wharf. The service was amazing, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The location was perfect for my needs, with easy access to Canary Wharf station and plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience was convenient, and the facilities were in good condition.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms had everything I needed, and I loved the mood lighting for relaxing, but the wooden and tiled flooring made it very cold with ineffective heating. The service exceeded my expectations with lovely surprises for my anniversary, but I was disappointed by a room without a window. The location was great, near Canary Wharf facilities, but tucked away from the bustle. The dining options were limited when neighboring cafes were closed, and no breakfast was provided. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms had everything I needed and were very comfortable, but they were a bit noisy in the morning due to their proximity to a store cupboard for cleaning. The service was exceptional, with the staff being friendly and helpful from arrival to departure. The location was really convenient, with easy access to public transit and great food options nearby, though being out of the center of London. The dining experience was satisfactory, with simple sandwich options available, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby to explore. Overall, a great stay with just a few minor drawbacks.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were really clean and modern, yet lacking basic amenities like tea and coffee in the room. The limited time spent in the room was manageable, given the purpose was mainly to rest and head out again.
Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean with a great modern look, perfect for exploring the Docklands of London with its spectacular Skyscrapers. However, the size might make some feel a bit claustrophobic, even with the hallway added, but it didn't bother me much.
The hotel rooms are fully equipped, modern, clean, and well designed, serving their purpose despite being small. The service is impressively helpful, friendly, and welcoming, with staff who take pride in their work. The location is convenient for both leisure and business stays in a bustling area close to Canary Wharf. The dining options are available just across the road, offering easy access. Overall, a great value for money with some minor inconveniences in room size and location for certain preferences.
